Cancellation or alteration to orders should be made within 48 hours of ordering. Once a gift has left our premises, cancellation will not be accepted.
While we take care in packaging and delivery, should an item be delivered damaged or faulty please inform Hampers Away within 5 days of delivery. Hampers Away will replace the item once it has received the item and deemed it damaged or faulty.
Hampers Away will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising after the delivery has taken place. This includes, but not limited to, loss or damage resulting from unattended addresses where instructions have been given to leave the gifts in a certain place (eg: front or back door).
